Start here

Five commands are all a newcomer needs, in the order you meet them.

1. npx yokoten sets up what is missing, then shows where you are and the next step.
2. yokoten check looks for secrets and broken rules; the commit check runs it for you.
3. yokoten desk 123 gives issue 123 to one AI in its own fenced desk, or yokoten desk "fix the login test".
4. yokoten kanban shows the team at a glance, read only.
5. yokoten tidy lists old branches, worktrees and desks; --local saves them, then moves them to its trash folder.
