# What happens after day one

Day one is the safety net. After that, yokoten walks your project through how good teams work, one step at a time. You can say "not now" to any step.

## Five stages, one step at a time

- Stage 1: safety net (5 steps)
- Stage 2: issues and pull requests (7 steps)
- Stage 3: release (2 steps)
- Stage 4: a team of agents (5 steps)
- Stage 5: going public (7 steps)

## One task, one AI, one fence (v0.1.1)

An AI agent works inside a fence around its own copy of a folder: it writes only there, and your other files stay hidden.

## The whole line on one board (preview)

A preview in v0.1.2: `yokoten kanban --text` shows each session and its state, the pull requests that wait on you, and the health of Actions. It only reads; the page in your browser comes next.
